I love 7 Brew Coffee. Saniyah, was so friendly, and welcoming,I was undecided of what to get my first time here. She took the time to ask what flavors I liked, and helped me pick a drink I just cannot get over. She made my entire experience here amazing. I can tell she really cares about providing her customers with great customer service! 💕

I went to this establishment to order me a hot chocolate drink. The person who waited on me name was Saniyah and she was wonderful. She treated me warmly and asked a few questions about how I wanted my hot chocolate to taste. She even added a few touches of her own for me to try out which when I tasted gave it that extra umph! 😊 Know, it’s a must when I go to have my hot chocolate just the way she made it and I look for her whenever I visit because she has such a glowing personality.

I love 7 Brew! Certainly, the beverages are delicious. But what amazes me is the volume of business they’re able to conduct out of this tiny island in the middle of a shopping center. And the prices they charge are premium! (That’s why I don’t come here very often). I imagine anyone in business would be interested in a model like this. Make sure your public-facing employees are neat, polite, and service-oriented, also be sure your product is high-quality. Most restauranteurs will tell you that the price you pay is partially for “real estate.“ In other words, somebody’s got to pay for the atmosphere and decor, at least. But 7 Brew has none of that yet they levy a fairly harsh “tax“ for the privilege of purchasing there. I suppose the drive-in/drive out feature deserves some compensation. But again, I don’t come here often because I would expect the pricing would reflect the lack of amenities offered. (note, for all my complaining I still return every three months or so.)

I love this place! They have so many drink options that it can get overwhelming. You tell them what you want and they ask you how you would like it- iced, frozen, energy, teas, sodas, lemonades, smoothies, and even milkshakes. The grasshopper milkshake is delicious. It is made with dark chocolate and mint. There are scrolling menus in the drive thru however I think they scrol too fast to read. I suggest you check out the menu online to see what your options are ahead of time. With over 20,000 yes 20,000 drink combinations. You are sure to find something that you like. The baristas are always so pleasant and helpful.

Our service was incredible. She was so helpful helping us find a drink we would enjoy and she even offered a pup cup for our fur baby. I would definitely come back just because of the service. Wish I got her name to give her the credit! 🤍
